Arte of Makeup

ARTE OF MAKEUP was established in 2010 by Cindy Nguyen to capture the inspirations or people who would like to become certified professional makeup artist. Her love for teaching shows in her classes and her passion for makeup artistry shows through her clients' faces. Cindy loves to teach, but is also very focused on prociding makeup services for bridal parties, special occasions, productions, and publications. Arte of Makeup is her heart and soul for makeup artistry.
